Who we are

Many of life's failures happen when people do not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.

Congratuations! You Found Us
Let’s face it, some people aren't wired to work at a job.
I know I'm one of them. I’ve started 5 companies from scratch. The first was a national company I created with $1,200 left on my credit card. I even had a big business failure, an internet company in 2000. That experience taught me a lot and I found out that a business can be a fragile thing.

There will come a day when you want to start your own business. The challenge is we humans are not designed to change easily, so we stay put while someone takes our great idea and runs with it. We are left watching them do our dream. It’s not fair, but that’s how it happens. That’s how we lose out.

It doesn’t have to be that way and it all starts with an idea.

Every business large and small has this common genesis and no matter how good your idea is, it needs to be executed well.

I know where the bodies are buried when it comes to getting a great idea like yours going or maximizing the success you've already built.

Your first consultation is free. After that it’s $45 for each 30 minute session with me.
I do this as a labor of love, love for my fellow entrepreneurs who are making a difference in the world. No contract needed.

I hope I get a chance to work with you. Go to my website right now and send me a note, tell me what you want to do. I want to hear about your project.

Starting a business is not hard, keeping it going can be

It all starts with an idea. Every business large and small has this common genesis and no matter how good your idea is, it needs to be executed well.

What makes for a profitable business? We all know the clichés- hard work, persistence, enthusiasm, drive. Sure, these things are necessary but as you might have encountered, they are not enough to sustain a successful venture.  It probably wouldn't surprise you to learn that by year five 58% of all small businesses fail.  Why five years? Businesses often stop thinking like start ups and forget to innovate.

Great ideas have a shelf life, we are not the only genius in

town, others will do it if we don't

People who have been down this path will assist you to analyze an existing business for opportunity to cut overhead costs, innovate and improve reach. Maybe you want to launch a new venture, reach a market with your service or product but don't have a lot of start up capital. We can show you ways to start small and self capitalize or use crowd funding.  We are selective, you will start by pitching us!  Part of the process is the vetting your business idea.

BizVision has put together a team of professionals and services with one goal, to assist businesses like yours get stronger and bring new ventures  to market. We are  experienced entrepreneurs offering  talent, skills, knowledge and wisdom to your project. We know where the bodies are buried when it comes to getting a great idea like yours going or helping to sustaining the success you've built.

I hope we get a chance to work with each other. - Mike Marable
